Test yourself - How are you doing so far?

 

Stop and think how you've done since you started with the team.

 

Write down:

* three things you've learned about the team members

* a statement of exactly what the team is meant to deliver in the next six weeks (or choose your own time frame)

* the names of three key people outside the team that you need to communicate with, and the dates you'll be talking to them

* a few sentences about how you're managing yourself, and the transition to manager.
