How are you doing?

Make a note of what you've achieved since you started

with your new team.

 

 

* write down three things you've learned about the team members

* state exactly what the team is meant to deliver in the next six weeks (or choose your own time frame) How will you monitor that?

* name three key people outside the team that you need to communicate with. When will you be talking to them?

* consider how you're managing yourself, and your transition to manager. What's workimng, what do you need to work at?

* reflect on your most recent team meeting. What did it achieve? How did you manage it? In what ways did it help the team to work effectively?

 

Decide where you need to focus your next efforts. What do you need to pay more attention to? What help do you need?
